cell design help needed

Postby zenoah on Sun Jun 21, 2009 4:12 pm

hello,

my name is Jacar (its spanish) I live in holland.
I'm sort of new to HHO, but more or less everybody is ;) I have searched the internet and youtube for info on the subject of instant HHO production and use.

And for my final school project I want to make a system for 50cc mopeds (in first place for a 4 stroke engine but offcourse also for my own 2 stroker)

so I have 2 major questions:

1. For how many L/min schould I aim?
2. what cell design schould I use?

I was thinking of a drycell with 5-7, 2x2 plates.

All comments are welcome!

regards
Jacar

Jacar,
Are you planing on running on HHO by itself or as an enhancement for gasoline?

As an enhancement (we like to name it hybrid fuel)

I think something like 0,5 l/min would be enough, but I was thinking of some other things like, my standart carburetor is 12mm but a 500cc motorcycle could have a 28mm, that means a cilinder that has 10 times more cappacity only needs a litle bit more than double de inlet size, so maybe I need proportionaly more HHO than expected...
