What's a dry cell?

As the title goes, what is a dry cell, how is it diffirent from a wet cell? More efficent or something? Please tell!

it is supposed to be more efficiant than wet cells as it produces for hho with less amperage than a wet cell.

a dry cell is better because you dont lose current into the water like you do with a wet cell, you can also coat your electrodes in a wet cell with durlin or some other plastic to insulate it. do not use plastic dip!! it well come off and stick everywhere
