HHO for 2006 Dodge durango

Hey guys, new here. Looking to make my durango into an HHO hybrid. I understand how to do this but I am unsure on a couple parts. These are outlined below:

1. ECU customization, how do I go about changing the ECU tables to optimize for hydrogen addition? I know there are voltage modifications that can be made to the O2 sensor which can help but it sounds like the best way is to get the right ECU tables. Do I need to replace the ECU with an ECU capable of being customized?

2. How do I determine what adjustments to the PWM (pulse Width Modulator) will optimize the hydrogen output of my cell?

P.S. I am considering doing this to my lawn mower too, which of course is carburetted not fuel injected, not sure how to adjust the carburetter to run with the hydrogen
