help with efie more fuel consumption

hello there! i have recently installed a hho kit. The thinks is that the hho is produced efficiently but the thing is that i have now more consumption that i used to have. it was 7,1 litr. per 100km and now is 8.0. i installed a volo chip to <<fool>> the 02 but i did not do anything. i found out that for my car that is has on the upstream sensor which have 5 wires that it is dual sensor and it needs dual sensor efie and not narrow. is that correct since the hho volo chip as i supposed don't do anything about keeping the o2 steady in order to have economy. do you think that buying a dual band EFIE would solve my problem? also my amps are 15. should i reduce that. would it be better to be 5? my car is 1300cc. please help me i don't know what to do. thank you!

Did you double check your installation of the HHO Volo chip? I found this install video on how to installl the volo hho chip.

volo hho install video

If necessary, then go the HHO EFIE route but I think that the chip should work.
