Help Installing MAP Enhancer

here is a picture of the inside of my map enhancer. can anyone tell me what the blue wire is for? it is coming out of the middle, the button that turns the enhancer off and on.

I believe it's a ground wire. It should be used to shut off your Hydrogen generator.
