Dear Sir, Madam,

I would appreciate it very much if you could help me with certain issues, as follows:

I am the owner of a company dealing with Auto Carrier works. This year I have installed on my vehicles dry HHO (304 Stainless steel and rubber Sora 70). Device has 21 plates, one in five is a contact (+, -). Spacing of plates is 1.3 mm. I am very pleased with it since it does not drip nor create any problem (Temp. max 60C). With this Device I have managed to accomplish 1 liter of HHO gas to 13.5V and 15A. All Devices operate at max 50A, which makes more than 3 liters per minute. The catalyst is KOH - in a solution of 2%. I have not managed to save almost anything (max 7%).

I must have made a mistake somewhere, I just do not have any idea where.

I own three trucks, as follows:

 Peugeot Boxer with 2800 cm3 turbo engine, HDI, Common Rail without cargo weights 2100kg, uses euro diesel fuel of 8.3l (80 km/per hour) to 12l (130 km/per hour). It has a MAP sensor which we have reduced to 320mv (if I reduce it to 340mv, or more, it indicates an error on the instrument panel). Others have no sensors (MAP, MAF, OH ...);
 Fiat Ducato with 2800 cm3 turbo engine, without cargo weights 2000kg, uses euro diesel fuel of 8.5 (80 km/per hour) to 12l (130 km/per hour);
 Peugoet Boxer with 2800 cm3 engine, without cargo weights 1900 kg, uses diesel fuel 8.5l (80 km/per hour) to 12l (130 km/per hour).

It is claimed on the Internet, in the certain advertisements, that it is possible to accomplish savings up to 20% to 30% with only 1 liter of HHO gas/per 1000 cm3 of the engine power, however, I have managed to save only 3.3 liters of HHO on 2800 cm3.

I have made leak check on installations of all my vehicles, and have checked the exact consumption of electricity as well, and have not managed to find any error so far. Vehicles are tested on the highway (at the speed of 90 km/per hour) with and without the Device.

I am getting desperate now since there seems to be no way that I can achieve greater savings, and just do not know what to do next. I would appreciate it very much if you could help me determine what has gone wrong.
