duty is like a dimmer switch you can set it from 0- 100% , current is the amount of amps that are drawn from the cell, frequency is on-off duration of the pulses. if you just want to set your cell then do this, first set up your electrolite to dwaw your target amperage( if you want your cell to run at 30 amps hot then set the electrolite to run your cell at around 17-20 amps when its cold, just an example you should not need to run at 30 amps, 20 is good in most cases) then hooket it up to a car battery to test and see where it runs at like 10 amps or 12 amps cold, for 20 amps, you should have it run at around 12 amps cold then when the cell heats up it will reach 20 amps and stabilize. nest hook up your pwm and set the duty to 75% or somewhere in that range, if you have frequency adjust, you can change the pulses of the pwm, some people say that there is a frequency that cam make the cell produce more HHO, but i have found that all it does is burn up the mosfets so i dont even use that anymore. there you have it hope it helps.
