My experiences with the Hydrogen fuel systems PCU-3 PWM

Just a heads up to anyone looking to do business with Hydrogen Fuel Systems located in Hawaii.

I had two PCU-3 (50 amp) units consecutively fail within seconds on my 12 amp HHO system with a 30 amp fuse. It took just under a month for them to get the first one repaired. Several of my email inquiries went unanswered. Hydrogen Fuel Systems refuses to refund my money. I am also out close to $50 just in shipping the defective unit in for repair, back to me again and then one more back for the refund I never received. After two negative experiences with the PCU-3, the slow servicing time and emails that weren't answered I no longer want to continue doing business with Bill Corless of Hydrogen Fuel Systems. All Bill Corless wants to do is keep sending me PWMs. He doesn't understand that I no longer want anything to do with his products or his "customer service".

Bill Corless initially agreed to refund me but then reneged on his agreement. Then tried to get me to pay the 17% that Ebay and Paypal charged him for the transaction. The only problem is I did not buy it off Ebay. And Paypal only charges merchants max 2.9%. I called him out on that lie.

UPDATE: Bill Corless of Hydrogen Fuel Systems is now trying to PayPal bill me $140 for some fabricated charges. At first he said the PCU-3 PWM could not be repaired and now he's trying to charge me for the repairs. If he is not sending it back to me then I can only assume he will be trying to sell it to someone else.

Keep in mind he is accusing me of burning up his "50 amp" PWM on my system that is fused for 30 amps and feeding a cell that only draws 12 amps. Do the math!


Additional info. A search of the State of Hawaii's business registry indicates Hydrogen Fuel Systems is not in good standing.
