Two Strokes

Has any one used HHO in a two stroke engine, with oil mix. I have a Rotax 618, in my plane. After doing the conversion on my car, I would like to do my plane. It now has endurance for 4 hours if I could extend that to 6 hours. I would be able to fly for two hours to a airfield with out fuel and have enough to return safely.

An interesting question, surprised there have been no replies. I have a two stroke racing motorcycle which I would like to run in TTXGP and see this as an option. The problem with two stroke is the total loss oil system, not really a very eco friendly system.

Hello,

I have just signed up.
This would be a cool project and a very effcieint motor as two strokes are great motors.
Unless you were going to liquidize the hho it would not be easy to mix oil with gas.
That would present alot of challenges in it self.
However when oil and gasoline is compressed in the crankcase it is in a gas state before entering the cylinder.
So oil could be mixed between the carb and reeds or in the crank itself.
But what I would like to see is the effeciency of the two stroke motor improved to the level of a four stroke by closing off the crank with an inclosed case of oil. I would suggest attatching an external intkae port to the current one.
Good luck..
