Using Stainless Steel, I have change my design from a round cylinder. To a 30 cm square case, this will house as many plates as will fit in.I using gangs of two plates and insulators, two plate assemblies 4mm width. About 50 plates,about 200 mm long and 26 mm high. this will leave the plates submerged under 100 mm of water. I estimate that the tank will hold 4 liters of electrolyte. It will be mounted behind my bull bar.
I am considering making an electronic device that will reverse polarity 100 times a second.
Any body care to comment on the design.
