It is the way that we use the gas that is important. Forget all that rubbish that pseudo scientists gush about. So producing HHo by electrolysis is only 85% efficient, we aren't looking for specifically high efficiencies at this point. The whole idea is to save money by burning less hydrocarbon fuels and to reduce contaminants into the atmosphere. Introducing HHO into the combustion chamber does this in spades. It greatly improves the efficiency of the engine. If you have a generator that can produce 1/2 litre of gas a minute for every litre of engine size, you will save at the pumps. You need about 5% of the amount of air that the engine requires to start seeing great savings. The air fuel ratio is normally about 14.7 - 1, you'll need about 0.735 - 1 as the HHO portion of this air. HHO gas should recognised as a catalyst in it's own right. A small amount of catalyst can make a massive difference.
As I recall from my school days, scientists said the sun and all the other planets and stars revolved around the earth. The earth was flat. Bumble bees shouldn't be able to fly. Look at any old map and you'll see the warning, "Here there be dragons". Forget the maths, enjoy the benefits.
