yes one plate the - makes hydrogen and the other plate makes oxigen +
in a conventional system the 2 gasses come together out on the same exit
named HHO 2 part's off hydrogen one part of oxigen
mostly there is 33 % of oxigen in HHO and it it very difficould to sepparate them after the cell.
but this cell is different it has 2 exit's one for oxigen on for hydrogen
the plates are separated by a membrane made of nylon or polyester
why all the fuss for making it
well the oxigen part always makes trouble in a car or as a burner
in a car you need a efie or map enhancer to correct the too much off oxigen
whit this cell you dont need the efie beceause there is no oxigen
in a burner you want to be able to controle your oxigen and you can't with HHO
so you put them together later butt in a controled way.
