Wouldnt it be more efficient to feed the HHO directly into the intake manifold rather than at the air intake before the intercooler where the HHO would dissipate before reaching the intake manifold?

Gday EddieRock How did you go fitting HHO to your diesel . I gave up in disgust after spending over $1000 and over 12 months I got no results at all. I even sold the turbo diesel and bought a naturally aspirated patrol with the same motor (4.2 diesel). Fitted the HHO and still no results. I followed all instructions carefully, I tried a wet cell and a 16 plate dry cell, and nothing. I got a good deal to put it on LPG, I did so and go about 25% better diesel consumption, but the ongoing cost of the LPG means I gain nothing in costs. I am wondering if the HHO will make the diesel gas work better, but after all my unsuccessful attempts with HHO I hesitate. So can you or anyone else let us know of your successes or failures? I don't really want to spend any more money on plans and certainly not on a unit, especially as no one who sells the books or the units seem to want to help after we have purchased their product.
All the best to everyone

Results are typically 20-60% with HHO. You must have been doing something wrong. Either the wrong hho plates or the wrong electrolyzer. Can you explain your hardware and electrolyte? Did you measure output of HHO? Measuring HHO output is as simple as filling up a pop bottle and submersing it it water upside down and then having your hho generator output tube go into the water and into the pop bottle. then running it for 1 minute. You should get 1 liter of HHO for every liter of engine size. If you're not at this level, you may not see results.

Every vehicle and HHO build is different and you need to test where you are at and then modify it to produce the amount of HHO you will need. Then you will see results.
