I have been told that new ADRs, require that all HHO canisters be stainless steel. So I am making one that is 100% ss. I am filling it with plates .040 inch gap between the plates. The Canister is 15 inches long and has an internal diameter of 4 inches. The plates are 8 inches long. Would anyone like to comment on this design.
